To register and maintain an account with phjoi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

phjoi supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated from time to time.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. phjoi reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
phjoi reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit supporting documentation before a withdrawal is approved.
All games available on phjoi, including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, online sabong, and bingo, are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
phjoi uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games. Live casino games are streamed from regulated studios with independently audited dealing procedures. phjoi does not manipulate game outcomes.
Any attempt to exploit software errors, use automated betting systems, engage in collusion, or otherwise manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited. phjoi reserves the right to void any wagers placed in connection with such activity and to close the associated account without notice.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phjoi platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any phjoi content without prior written authorization from phjoi.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoi, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the phjoi platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions.
phjoi does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phjoi's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phjoi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.
You may close your phjoi account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within five business days. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to standard game rules.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
